KEEP PEST CONTROL PEOPLE AWAY FROM CAR-WASH!!! This is the third time I see pest control guys cleaning their dirty equipment (CHEMICALS!!!) with the car-wash towels. Other than this, service and place are great.

Attendant very friendly and helpful. Carwash knocked off all the bugs splattered all over the front end of our vehicle. Lots of cleaning stalls to accommodate several vehicles at once. Vacuums have good suction. The cleaning cloths and sprayer are helpful. Definitely recommend.

I recently visited this car wash and experienced an issue during the wash cycle. Toward the end, I heard a loud bang on the passenger side of my vehicle. Immediately after exiting, I noticed a crack on my windshield in that same area. I reported the issue right away and was asked by the on-site manager to stay and complete a damage report, which I did. The manager reviewed the surveillance footage and noted that glare made it difficult to clearly determine the condition of the windshield, particularly upon exit. Despite the timing of the incident and the immediate appearance of the damage, my claim was denied with a general explanation about possible causes of windshield cracks, rather than addressing what occurred during my visit. I understand that claims require investigation, but I am disappointed that the specific circumstances, including the loud impact during the wash and immediate damage, it was not meaningfully considered. I would recommend others use caution. **Update: After being asked by the company to contact them directly regarding my concerns, I emailed the requested information but have not receive any responses

I’ve only used the Super Star Car Wash location, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently frustrating and costly. If you have wide, low-profile tires, I strongly recommend finding another drive-thru car wash. I’ve had my tires damaged three separate times due to staff not paying attention while guiding vehicles onto the track. The issue seems to be with how cars are lined up with the metal rails—if your alignment is even slightly off and your air stem valve hits the rail, it can get completely sheared off. The first time it happened, they took responsibility, which I appreciated. I wasn’t asking for anything excessive—just reimbursement for the damage. I was told a check was on the way, but it never arrived. The second time, I was told it was a defect with my equipment. That didn’t make sense then, and it still doesn’t—especially when the root issue is improper guidance into the track. The third time, despite me stopping and waiting to make sure staff were paying attention, the same thing happened again. At that point, it became clear this isn’t a one-off mistake—it’s a pattern. They eventually offered to replace only the air valve, even though I ended up with th

Ive been coming here for a while now and I love it. Staff are always friendly, reasonable prices and a clean facility. We the mamager, Mike, told me that if I get the subscription, I can get hand washes included and I could go to any one of the full service locations to get them. Definitely signing up. Mike's always got my back.
